Apricot Tangle::Wobbly Willows

Preening the social structure, drying the tear of the public eye
Preparing for the best without knowing exactly what is to come
Chasing the east knowing that the west is where itís done
Wobbly willows looking snappy in a uncertain breeze
With roots that go to the ends of the Earth
Now nothing left but a smile and please
Pastel silk around your curves of mirth

Climbing the social ladder, hand over hand on cell phone rungs
Cheering for the rest because beauty should be fun
Like giving flowers, itís all about making moments
Tending to the breathtaking elegance of the world
From seeds to trees planted good
So your swing will swing and twirl
And there is no doubt you could

Finding time for fondness, drying the tear within our heart
Hanging on to the things that help keep it all together
Like an umbrella for rain, have to open it to the weather
Flying is easy for the birds and the bees
Living life by the cosy day
North and south is all savvy
And your scenes are in my mind to stay
